Dear HPC Orchestra Parents & Students,
Welcome back to school from High Point Central Orchestra Society! The HPC Orchestra Booster Club was formed to promote the unification of the various orchestra participants, students, director, community, along with the orchestra parents through closer contact and cooperation. We are bridging the gap to stimulate and sustain awareness, interest along with the community at large, and enthusiasm needed to maintain a music program that is not just good, but truly great.
High Point Central Orchestra Society is a dedicated non-profit booster club. We are a team of parents, family, friends, and community leaders committed to the HPC Orchestra Program. Everyone is welcome! To assist your student and Director Charles Parker we need volunteers and support. The Booster Club goal is to assist HPC Orchestra students with many opportunities such as: concert transportation, instrument repair/purchase, end-of-year banquet, pizza party, t-shirts, and more. To make all this happen we need the help of the community, families, parents, and students.
Please consider donating monetary. Please make your check payable to: HPC Orchestra Society, Inc. If you’re not able to give at this time we would love to have you volunteer your time. Please encourage other family members or community leaders to become a volunteer. Your support and patronage of our music program is equally pivotal. Whether it’s coming out to performances, financially, or lending your time, your involvement directly benefits all students.
Next meeting will be held October 17th at 4:30pm in Mr. Parker’s room. Students are encouraged to attend, as we are in need of Student Representatives. Everyone is welcome to attend this meeting, so invite a family member to come out. Light refreshments will be provided. Please feel free to contact any of our officers listed below.
Let’s team up and put High Point Central Orchestra on the map.
Go BLUE! Go BISON! Go ORCHESTRA!
Warm regards,
High Point Central Orchestra Society, Inc.
